- The boyfriend of the16 year old who had the baby was most likely 16,so he didn't get in trouble.If he was 18 it would be a different story.In this case,if I am reading it right,one was 14 and the other 18,thats a no no.Gay or not.If that is the law in that state,so be it.

- Why didn't either one of them take the baby out to the car.I don't even like to sit near the bathroom when I go out for dinner.What did they do with the cloth that they gave to the parents to wipe off the seat,I hope it was thrown out.

- If it was her own property,I agree with the use of some pepper.It is a natural way to keep animals away.If you own animals clean up after them,are you the same people that leave dirty diapers on the side walk.I had all kinds of animals and I cleaned up after every one of them immediately.
